ADDITIONAL SHOWCASE DISTRIBUTOR ADVERTISER TERMS & CONDITIONS..
By licensing the 877-LOGO411 for a particular area code, distributor agrees to the following additional terms and conditions:
1. Rates and Billing. Monthly and annual rates for licensing toll-free services are available at the LOGO411 web site and those rates and fees are fully incorporated herein. For distributors who license an area code, a separate licensing agreement will need to be signed and/on file for the licensing period agreed to by distributor.
Each licensed area code includes 100 minutes of inbound calls per month. All rates are per minute. All usage over 100 minutes per month will be billed at the rate of 8.0 cents per minute. The rates and charges may be changed at any time without notice and it is up to the Customer to check the listed rates for such changes. LOGO411 may post notices of any rate changes on Customer’s invoices or on the account login page. Per minute rates shown are for one minute in U.S. dollars. All calls are billed in one minute increments. All call charges are rounded up to the nearest penny. Customer is responsible for all calls made to the 877-LOGO411 toll free and/or local numbers including wrong number calls. All charges for usage over 100 minutes per month will be debited to the credit card provided by Customer. If the credit card or other form of payment is denied, or if the account is otherwise past due, service may be disabled immediately and terminated if the payment is not made within five days of the due date or date upon which the credit card/EFT charge was attempted. LOGO411.com shall not be liable for any accounts suspended or terminated for non-payment. Customer agrees to pay interest at 18% per annum, or the maximum amount allowed by law, on overdue charges plus reasonable cost of collections, including legal fees. Processing charges may apply if a payment is declined ($10 per credit card decline). Service will be rendered subject to credit approval by LOGO411.com. Customer’s application for service, via the Internet, by fax or mail or Customer’s use of LOGO411.com service attests to Customer’s agreement to pay invoices within the stated terms and conditions and Customer’s agreement with the terms and conditions herein.

It is the responsibility of the distributor to check the Toll Free number from their originating area code and that they route to the proper ring-to numbers before advertising such numbers. Under no circumstances shall LOGO411.com be responsible for consequential, indirect, direct, or special damages, (lost profits, marketing costs or otherwise) that result from interruptions of services, outages or inability to use services, lost recordings/voicemails/faxes and in any such event LOGO411.com ’s sole liability shall be to provide credit equal to the charges for the affected calls/services.
The Industry Library - Logo411 operates The Industry Library (www.safecatalogs.com). The Industry Library is a web-based hub for available digital catalogs from Promotional Product Suppliers. By accepting our terms & conditions, a supplier user authorizes Logo411 to publish a digital catalog link to this website and to embed code on www.safecatalogs.com. We may use your existing catalog, or you authorize us to create our own version using third-part software. Digital catalog embed code for use on your own website is available upon request.
Listing Cancellation & Refund Policy-Advertisers If at any time during the term of your FREE or PAID listing period, you want to cancel your listing, please submit your cancellation request via email, or call us on the Toll Free Phone number at 888-456-4641. Your listing will be removed within 5 business days from receipt of request.
If you have a Free Listing, there is no refund. If you have selected the Monthly Payment Option, we will terminate your plan effective in the next billing cycle following your termination. If you have prepaid for your listing 100% upfront as determined at signup, there are NO REFUNDS.
